Mental Health Exploration was created to provide safe, empowering spaces where people can explore healing at their own pace.

Through workshops, EMDR support, immersive wellbeing days, positive psychology, and domestic abuse recovery education, we offer compassionate and reflective approaches to emotional wellbeing.

With over 20 years of mental health experience, our focus is not only on recovery, but on helping people reconnect with themselves, rebuild confidence, and move forward with support.

Eye Movement and Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR)

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing) is a trauma-focused therapeutic approach designed to help individuals safely process distressing memories, traumatic experiences, and emotional difficulties.
Offered on a one-to-one basis, EMDR supports trauma recovery by helping the brain reprocess experiences in a healthier and less emotionally overwhelming way.

Somatic Trauma-informed Workshop

Our somatic trauma-informed workshops offer a safe and supportive space to explore healing through mind-body connection, nervous system awareness, and emotional regulation.
Helping you move from survival mode towards greater calm, balance, and self-understanding. 

Immersive Wellbeing days

Our immersive wellbeing days are designed to support emotional healing, nervous system wellbeing, and trauma recovery within safe and supportive small-group spaces.
Using trauma-informed approaches and practical therapeutic tools, we help individuals gently explore emotional experiences, build resilience, and reconnect with themselves. 

Positive Psychology

 Our positive psychology support focuses on helping individuals build resilience, develop healthier thought patterns, improve emotional wellbeing, and create more positive life outcomes.
Available through one-to-one support or positive psychology workshops, these sessions provide practical tools and supportive approaches designed to encourage growth, self-awareness, confidence, and emotional wellbeing. 

Domestic abuse training

Our domestic abuse training is designed for professionals supporting individuals affected by domestic abuse and coercive control.
Using trauma-informed approaches, the training aims to increase understanding, awareness, confidence, and compassionate support when working with individuals experiencing, recovering from, or rebuilding after abusive relationships.
